The fees for training and consultation with organisations are by separate negotiation, this includes work from private health providers and charities.
Fees are payable in cash or card including contactless at the beginning of each session or in advance by BACS. Regrettably cheques are no longer accepted.
Please note that the session will not take place if payment is not made under these terms.
Note: Reduced fees for Psychotherapists and Counsellors in training and students may be negotiated.
All missed appointments to be paid in full. Please see the Cancellation Policy for further information. Please note that all unpaid fees and invoices will be pursued in small claims court and all additional costs (i.e. time, admin fees, petrol etc) will be added to the outstanding amount.
